Bell’s Cranberry & Nut Cookies
INGREDIENTS
½ cup butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1 pkg Bell’s Cranberry Pie Spicer
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup quick oats
½ cup Ocean Spray Craisins
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 pkg Hershey’s Milk chocolate Kisses™
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed until softened. Add the flour, sugar, egg, vanilla, and baking powder. Beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in oats, craisins, and nuts. Drop by round teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges have browned. Place chocolate kiss into the center of the cookie and transfer onto a cooling rack.
